  
You can use buffalo burger in any traditional recipe that calls for ground beef. From burgers on the grill to chili in the kettle, buffalo burger is the best way to enjoy healthy eating throughout the week. On the stove or grill: use medium heat when cooking burgers. Burger patties should be made no less than 1/2 inch thick. Do not flatten burgers out with a spatula, this forces the natural juices out.
