Buffalo Burritos


1 pound ground buffalo
1 1/3 cups water
1 (1.5 ounce) packet dry burrito seasoning mix
8 (6 inch) flour tortillas
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup chopped tomatoes


Brown the buffalo in a large skillet over medium high heat. Stir in the water and burrito seasoning mix. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 to 6 minutes, or until mixture has thickened.


Spread 1/2 cup of mixture on each tortilla. Top with the cheese, lettuce and tomatoes
